The experience from HCS was great because - My initial enquiry was taken by Andrew who could not have been more helpful .I was purchasing the car on behalf of my Mother and he completely understood and appreciated that I was unable to visit HCS for at five days . He reserved the car for me immediately and on the day of collection was kind , friendly and completely put my Mother at ease . He reassured her throughout the process . My experience at Hampshire Car Sales was positive because Paul was very helpful. He encouraged me to have a long test drive, which I did. That enabled me to really evaluate the vehicle - I spent quite a lot of time in the manual finding out how to do things (It's my first experience of a hybrid) and having a good long time was very helpful. It also gave me confidence in the vehicle. Paul was very informative, and offered me useful extras. I didn't take most of them because I live so far away (Bournemouth). He was very efficient and quick with the paperwork. He put my mind at rest on important key issues such as the electric side of the hybrid eg the battery. Altogether, he was very professional and helpful.
